Rental Requirements
=========================================
- 25% Deposit with Executed Lease Agreement is required to book the home
- Adults age 25 and older required to secure reservation
- Final Payment due 60 days before check-in
- Cancellations must be made at least 60 days
prior to check-in
- $100 Association Application Fee
- $150 Departure Cleaning Fee
- $49 Security Deposit Protect
- 10% Florida Tourist Tax Required
- Check-in Time is 3 pm
- Check-out Time is 10 am
- Unlimited and Free Use of Community Pool next to home,
however a $500 membership transfer fee is required to use Club and Spa (monthly guests only)

- PETS are allowed by exception with additional deposit
