The Clean Beach Guarantee promises that Marco Island's Beaches will be oil and tar ball free during a guest´s stay. If the vacation is disrupted*, a full refund will be honored. The refund includes base rate, cleaning fee (if not already checked in) and taxes.

*Guests whose vacation is disrupted because of direct impacts from the Gulf of Mexico oil spill are eligible to receive a complete refund on base rate, cleaning fee (if not already checked in) and taxes. A disruption occurs when impacts from the oil spill in the northern Gulf of Mexico require a state or federal agency to actively clean the Marco Island Beaches, or if a state or federal agency closes the Beaches of Marco due to public safety concerns related to the oil spill in the Gulf.
